Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

With a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm and a 40-hour work week, you'll provide direct instruction, develop personalized education plans, and nurture a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. You'll manage a caseload of 10–20 students, providing early intervention and differentiated lessons tailored to diverse learning needs.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching license/certification (State of Colorado or eligible for transfer/reciprocity)
• Previous experience teaching early childhood or PreK students in a special education setting
• Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven instruction
• Collaborative attitude for working across multiple school sites and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet the unique needs of each child

Role responsibilities:

• Implement individualized educational plans for PreK students receiving special education services
• Establish engaging, nurturing classroom routines across different sites as assigned
• Track student progress, document outcomes, and collaborate with families and specialists
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
