The Role

We don't hire traditional salespeople. We hire entrepreneurial sellers who act like co-founders in their territories. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll engage directly with high-value eCommerce brands, solve complex challenges, and guide customers to realize the full potential of Moonshot AI. You'll leverage these experiences to inform product development, refine processes, and build repeatable GTM strategies.

What You'll Do
  • Own & Drive Revenue: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Your deals will have high impact, often in the seven-figure range.
  • Experiment & Build: Work with customers to understand their challenges, prototype creative solutions, and feed insights back to product and marketing teams.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Translate complex business problems into Moonshot AI solutions. Partner with Customer Success to ensure long-term value.
  • Shape GTM & Playbooks: Help refine our ICP, messaging, and sales processes. Bring market insights and ideas that will directly influence strategy and product.
  • Learn & Iterate: Every engagement is an opportunity to test hypotheses, uncover new features, and improve the Moonshot AI experience for every customer.
Who You Are
  • Experienced & Entrepreneurial: 4–7+ years in SaaS or MarTech sales, ideally with experience in eCommerce or digital-first companies.
  • Strategic & Resourceful: Skilled at multi-threaded, consultative sales cycles and building business cases that clearly articulate ROI.
  • Founder-Minded: Excited to build playbooks, processes, and strategies, not just follow them.
  • Relationship-Oriented: Able to build trust quickly with executives and technical stakeholders alike.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable discussing AI, automation, and data workflows in real-world business terms.
  • Ownership-Driven: Low ego, high accountability, thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
