Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIESPartners with Institutional Client Group (ICG) Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to manage Corporate Banking credit relationships within the for-profit healthcare sector. Coverage includes pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare services, health insurance, hospital, physician practice, pharmacy benefit management, and other healthcare-related companies. Responsibilities include underwriting new and existing credit facilities, analyzing borrower performance and industry trends, managing portfolio credit risk, supporting new business development efforts, leading credit due diligence, structuring transactions, and providing ongoing monitoring of client relationships. The role supports revenue growth through the acquisition of new client relationships and the retention and expansion of existing relationships while maintaining sound credit quality and risk management standards.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 10 or more years of banking experience.- Three or more years of management experience.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field.PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE- Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills.- Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills.LOCATION EXPECTATIONS- This role requires working onsite from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
