Receptionist
Part Time | 3pm-11pm | Monday, Wednesday, Friday | $12/hour
Job Summary:
Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a positive experience for all. Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors : Provide a warm and welcoming environment by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing individuals to the appropriate areas.
• Manage front desk operations : Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, completing forms, and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate communication : Facilitate communication between patients, families, and medical staff, ensuring prompt and efficient exchange of information.
• Maintain confidentiality : Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Provide general administrative support : Assist with various tasks, including data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
