Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and evidence-based interventions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create integrated, client-centered care plans.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering an environment of support and engagement among participants.

• Administer crisis intervention techniques, risk assessments, and safety planning as required for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and compliance with ethical and legal standards.

You will work primarily with individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
