Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs effectively, ensuring that every assessment addresses the unique background of each individual.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals, maintaining an adaptive approach to therapy based on progress and feedback.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions using various therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to offer comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring privacy and trust.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
