Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (please note, this appears to be a placeholder; the salary range is $100,588 to $143,769 annually)

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert perioperative care for cardiothoracic surgery patients, focusing on patient safety and outcomes
• Assist in complex cardiac surgeries, including endoscopic vein harvesting and surgical first-assisting
• Manage ICU and other postoperative patient care, including rounding and evaluations
• Conduct outpatient clinics and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and develop comprehensive care plans
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and perform bedside procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Operate independently under physician supervision, demonstrating clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Maintain current knowledge through ongoing CME and professional development

What You Need:

• Active Colorado Medical License and NCCPA certification
• At least 3 years of experience in cardiac or cardiovascular surgery and ICU patient management
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
