Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced care to cardiothoracic surgical patients, emphasizing compassionate, patient-first practices
• Assist in cardiac surgeries, including performing endoscopic vein harvesting and first assisting roles
• Manage ICU and surgical patients through rounds, evaluations, and follow-up care
• Participate in clinics and operating room coverage, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
• Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement care plans based on patient outcomes
• Prescribe medications and perform bedside procedures as needed
• Document all care accurately and timely
• Demonstrate expert clinical judgment and work independently under physician oversight
• Maintain continuing medical education to meet licensing requirements

What You Need:

• Active APRN license in Colorado or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of 2 years experience in cardiac or cardiovascular surgery ICU care
• Strong clinical, technical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment
• Flexible, team-oriented approach
