Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions that focus on enhancing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing skills.

Collaborate closely with occupational and physical therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop integrated care plans.

Provide education to patients and their families to reinforce progress during and after therapy sessions.

Support inpatient speech therapy needs as required, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

Keep up-to-date documentation in line with regulatory and organizational standards.

Engage in continuous education and collaborative learning with peers to stay ahead in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet obtained.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based practices for treatment across all age groups, with profound knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
