Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate and assess the ongoing biopsychosocial needs of patients, identifying specific concerns and crafting personalized treatment plans that aim to enhance their overall functioning.

• Provide individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of your patients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities as clinically appropriate.

• Engage as a primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy sessions and lead individual, family, and couples therapy sessions to facilitate meaningful mental health interventions.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with program and regulatory standards.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards and agency policies in all aspects of patient care, ensuring a respectful and confidential therapeutic relationship.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive crisis intervention and triage evaluations for both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time Licensed Professional Counselor position is between USD 70,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
