New Business Development Executive

As a New Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to building relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify potential clients through strategic networking and outreach efforts.
  2. Foster and maintain robust relationships with business leaders, ensuring consistent communication and tailored engagement.
  3. Present and demonstrate services effectively to highlight value propositions and boost client acquisition.
  4. Prioritize and manage leads, ensuring alignment with sales objectives to achieve revenue goals.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and support, to enhance client satisfaction and sales integration.
  6. Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within payroll services or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales strategies and techniques, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify and overcome business challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills.

Opportunity Highlights:
