Our business is built on relationships, market knowledge, and identifying opportunities. As part of our sales team, you'll learn how to develop new business, build customer relationships, negotiate deals, and contribute directly to our growth.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business: Make a minimum of 50 outbound prospecting calls daily to identify opportunities and develop new accounts.
• Build relationships: Connect with prospective customers, understand their needs, and develop lasting business relationships.
• Learn to sell: Develop your skills in prospecting, negotiation, account management, and closing B2B sales.
• Own your performance: Work toward sales goals, maintain consistent activity, and take accountability for results.
• Understand the market: Learn about electronic components, supply chains, pricing, and competitive alternatives.
• Manage your pipeline: Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Work as a team: Collaborate with experienced sales professionals, managers, and internal departments to deliver results and uncover new opportunities.
