Performance Marketer

We're looking for a hands-on performance marketer to drive demand across Good Game Collective and its growing family of youth programs. You'll own campaigns end-to-end, live in the analytics, and pitch in wherever the platform and its portfolio companies need marketing support. Why this role matters Marketing is how our owner-led businesses reach more families, and most of them have never had a dedicated marketer in their corner. You'll professionalize marketing across the whole platform and fill more camps, clubs, and programs. It's hard to find a marketing seat where the work shows up this directly. What you'll do Performance marketing: own campaigns end-to-end, from creative and landing pages to campaign setup, budgets, and everything in between (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Marketing analytics: track core KPIs and make campaign optimizations based on what the data tells you. Other portfolio-company and platform marketing needs as they come up: SEO projects, organic social, email marketing and automation, events, and more. What we're looking for Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms, with a track record of driving measurable ROI Hands-on performance marketer who can run paid campaigns end-to-end across channels. Strong analytical skills, comfortable owning KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven optimization. Versatile and scrappy, able to flex into SEO, organic social, email, and events as needed. Experience in youth sports, education, franchising, or multi-location businesses a plus. Self-directed operator who thrives with autonomy in a lean, fast-moving team.
