Associate Account Executive - SMB

About the Role Ready to launch your sales career with a tech industry leader? Yardi is looking for a motivated Associate Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll drive the full sales cycle—from researching leads to closing deals—while showcasing the value of Yardi's innovative solutions. You'll spend your days connecting with prospects, building relationships, and using your product knowledge to make an impact. If you're goal‑oriented, love a fast‑paced environment, and enjoy meaningful conversations that lead to results, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Sell Yardi's software solutions to small accounts within your assigned territory. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery to closing deals. Participate in marketing events to promote Yardi products and grow your network. Complete regular product certifications and performance reports to stay sharp and aligned with goals. Who You Are Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience Ability to cold‑call and develop leads Presentation and demonstration skills Initiative and motivation to succeed Proactive, engaging personality Ability to understand technical products Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to utilize corporate sales tools and complete ongoing training High responsiveness with proven client‑centered commitment and focus Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Compensation & Benefits $28.84/hr - $31.25/hr base salary + commission target.
