Property Coordinator
Brooklyn, NY
$55k - $65k
Join a growing property management company where you'll play a key role in the daily operations of a residential portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with leasing, property management, or real estate experience who enjoys staying organized, working with people, and wants to grow within the industry.
Responsibilities
- Process rental applications, including credit and income verification
- Coordinate lease renewals and maintain tenant records
- Communicate with prospective and current tenants
- Schedule inspections and assist with move-ins and move-outs
- Support compliance and property documentation
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Provide general administrative support to the property management team
Requirements
- Property management, leasing, real estate, or office administration experience preferred
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish
