Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings tailored to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse history in a confidential and supportive manner.

• Facilitate impactful individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others reflective of our care pathways.

• Provide families with educational resources and support, encouraging their involvement in their loved ones’ recovery and wellness journeys.
\n
• Collaborate actively with fellow treatment team members—including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—to deliver integrated care that addresses each client's needs holistically.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHRs) and ensuring confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on pre-screened, stable clients with low acuity, ranging from adolescents to young adults. This role enables you to engage with individuals who are often navigating significant life transitions and challenges, equipping you to make a tangible difference in their mental health landscape. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients toward developing coping strategies and achieving their personal wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current licensure in the state of Oregon as an LMFT , LPC , or LICSW .

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and tools, with advanced computer skills including expertise in Google Suite and EHR systems.

• Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective interaction with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually , dependent on experience and qualifications.
