Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the needs and challenges faced by clients, including conditions such as depression, anxiety, and marital conflicts.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual client needs; engage clients in evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster their emotional well-being.

• Document all care provided in clients' permanent medical records in compliance with medical and legal standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
\n
• Provide ongoing case management, including triaging and coordinating referrals, making appropriate connections with external agencies, and maintaining communication with clients and their families.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to discuss treatment approaches, share insights, and ensure continuity of care.

• Respond to requests from clients for additional support and perform related duties as necessary to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a broad patient demographic, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, reflecting a variety of backgrounds and presenting diverse mental health issues. Your expertise will allow you to address complex co-occurring disorders, encompassing both mental health and substance use challenges, thereby enhancing community health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or a related field from an accredited program.

• Must have an active, independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC), with preference for candidates holding licenses in multiple states.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic medical records and telehealth technology for documentation and client communication.
\n
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, with a proven track record of managing a high caseload effectively.

• Experience in utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches and familiarity with integrated care models.

• Knowledge of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is highly desirable.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in electronic mail and Microsoft Windows applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
