Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide ongoing therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adjusting methodologies as needed based on client progress.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for each client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal requirements pertaining to counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 60,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
