Assistant General Manager

Kitchen + Kocktails is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager for our upscale Southern Comfort concept. Primary Responsibilities Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by demonstrating a “Do Whatever It Takes” attitude. Utilize leadership skills to motivate employees and ensure cost control and labor management. Inspect the establishment and observe workers and patrons to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations. Ensure paperwork accuracy, including daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records. Ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed to meet guest needs and sales goals. Assist in recruitment of staff. Oversee development and training of staff. Maintain high-level communication with owners and stakeholders. Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting evaluations and investigating complaints; initiate corrective action as required. Ensure the security and safety of the restaurant, guests, and associates. Lead special projects as directed by ownership. Perform additional duties as necessary.
