An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced hospitality leader to join a premier Boston destination that seamlessly blends dining, entertainment, culture, and community experiences

This highly visible leadership role will partner closely with senior management to oversee day-to-day operations, team development, guest experience, financial performance, vendor relationships, and special events. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and enjoys building strong teams while delivering exceptional hospitalit

y.
Key Responsibiliti

es:• Lead daily operations across multiple hospitality venues and event spa

ces• Drive service excellence and elevate the guest experie

nce• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team memb

ers• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory controls, and operational efficienc

ies• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standa

rds• Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and community stakehold

ers• Support programming, activations, and special eve

nts
Qualificati

ons:• 3–5+ years of hospitality, restaurant, hotel, entertainment, or venue operations experi

ence• Previous leadership experience in an Assistant General Manager or comparable

role• Strong food & beverage operational knowl

edge• Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume environm

ents• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building sk

ills• A hospitality-first mindset with a visible, floor-based leadership s

tyle
