Customer Service and Collections Clerk Full Time. Days. Job Summary: The Customer Service and Collections Clerk work under the direct supervision of the Director of Revenue Cycle to review and update patient accounts, and speak directly with patients. Their primary responsibility is to work with patients to resolve balances and coordinate payment options. To be successful, you must have strong communication skills, be professional, kind, and pleasant at all times.
