Sr Marketing Specialist, Property Marketing

About the Role As a CBRE Marketing Sr. Analyst (also known as Sr Marketing Specialist, Property Marketing), you will be responsible for the creation and project management of property marketing campaigns and deliverables. This includes cross‑collaboration to gather and generate content, researching properties and clients, making recommendations for services and resources, keeping projects and teams on schedule, meeting deadlines, and communicating with key business partners. Responsibilities Build meaningful relationships with sales teams, learn their property marketing process and preferences, and be seen as a trusted partner. Work with sales teams to determine the correct marketing strategy for their listings and connect them with the appropriate property marketing resource model. Bring innovative marketing ideas, concepts and solutions for executing cutting‑edge projects. Provide messaging, light copyrighting, branding and marketing ideas. Manage the creation of collateral to market commercial real‑estate listings, including brochures, eblasts, websites, signage and offering memorandums. Oversee all projects from start to finish, coordinating with the regional Design Team, maintaining project schedules, outlining creative briefs, researching and sourcing content, liaising with designers, and conducting quality control checks. Collect project files and information on Box, ensuring folders are organized and appropriately named. Manage outsourced graphic support (maps, site plans, stack plans, etc.). Ensure CBRE brand and legal requirements are met. Ensure deadlines and expectations are met and deliver quality control across projects. Craft creative messaging, themes and key differentiators for property marketing efforts. Attend and actively contribute to kick‑off, strategy, status, follow‑up, debrief, and presentation preparation meetings. Work closely with the graphic design team to develop client‑specific design approaches and act as liaison between brokers and designers to determine appropriate branding and messaging for presentations/proposals. Make light design edits to existing materials as needed. Interview brokers, subject‑matter experts and other team members across the organization to elicit the knowledge required to generate content. Demonstrate broad knowledge of your own discipline and a working understanding of related disciplines within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Impact the quality of your own work and the work of others on the team. Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of 4‑5 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior experience with data visualization tools. Broad knowledge of Marketing Research and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including working knowledge of InDesign. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Strong people and communication skills with a positive and inquisitive mindset. High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality in all deliverables. Ability to manage a high volume of work, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines. Strong time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrate efficiency, speed, and reliability in a fast‑paced environment. Salary and Benefits Minimum salary for the Sr Marketing Specialist position is $80,000 annually and the maximum is $88,000 annually. Compensation will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
