What You’ll Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field Experience managing and coordinating online events Strong understanding of Web Search Engine Optimization to work with Web Developers to ensure proper exposure for Marketing Events. 3-5 years of experience supporting marketing technology, CRM systems, or marketing operations Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proven organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently Nice to Have: Experience working in law firms, professional services, associations, higher education, or training organizations Familiarity with platforms such as NEXL, CVENT, Active Campaign, Hivebright, Airtable Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools Exposure to AI-driven productivity and marketing solutions Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in marketing technology or operations Prior experience supporting legal or enterprise-level marketing initiatives Additional Requirements: Willingness to support and troubleshoot virtual and hybrid events Ability to support and train users on Marketing Technologies across various departments Certification in relevant systems or technology a plus—but not required This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of marketing technology innovation within a collaborative, forward-thinking firm.
