Family Law Paralegal

Assist attorneys with all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, visitation, and support matters Prepare and organize legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and settlement agreements Conduct thorough legal research across various areas including estate planning, tribal law & regulations, and procedural law to support case strategies Manage case files using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Interview clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information for case development Draft correspondence, legal summaries, and reports with precision and clarity Coordinate court filings, schedule hearings, and maintain meticulous calendar management for deadlines and appointments Desired Skills and Experience All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
