Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect specializing in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions for a financial-services organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integrations, security, automation, and Lightning technologies , with a proven track record delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions across Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, or related financial-services environments.

The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, integration teams, and enterprise architects to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design for Financial Services Cloud implementations.
• Define Salesforce architecture, technical strategy, integration patterns, data models, and implementation standards.
• Design solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud data models , including:
  • Households
  • Individuals
  • Financial Accounts
  • Financial Goals
  • Assets & Liabilities
  • Relationships
  • Contacts and Accounts
• Architect solutions supporting Banking, Wealth Management, Lending, Insurance, or Investment Management business processes.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud , and related Salesforce products.
• Provide technical leadership across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Platform Events, APIs, and Salesforce configuration/customization .
• Define integration architecture between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, event-driven architecture, and external services .
• Design Salesforce data migration strategies, including data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation.
• Establish Salesforce security and sharing architecture , including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, OWD, FLS, and Shield where applicable.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce governor limits, scalability, performance, and best practices .
• Lead technical design sessions and architecture reviews with development and business teams.
• Review technical designs, code, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure Salesforce solutions align with overall enterprise architecture.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and technical leads.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and Salesforce deployment strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with 5+ years in Salesforce Solution/Technical Architecture .
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
• Strong understanding of Financial Services Cloud data model and industry capabilities .
• Experience architecting Salesforce solutions for Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, Lending, or Financial Services clients.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps / CI/CD tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
