You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while conducting assessments and offering intervention services from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for a diverse range of duties, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to identify children's developmental needs.

• Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of interventions in collaboration with team members.

• Providing critical support to families by offering evidence-based strategies focused on enhancing their child's development.
\n
• Establishing strong rapport with children, families, and team members to foster a positive and healthy learning environment.

• Utilizing a coaching model and Natural Learning Environment Practices during interventions.
\n
• Administering and adapting assessments while being sensitive to each family's unique background and learning styles.

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable health and safety standards for both staff and individuals served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children aged birth to three years, particularly those who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. Your expert guidance will facilitate their growth in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills, establishing a strong foundation for their future learning experiences.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license for potential in-person engagements as needed.

• A demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and experience working with children in early intervention settings.

Preferred Experience\n
