Job Description We're hiring a Corporate Paralegal for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented professional who can interview immediately and thrive in a fast-paced corporate legal environment.
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Corporate Paralegal Location: West Houston, Texas Pay: $38 - $45 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Duration: Contract to hire Description of Duties: Maintain corporate governance records, prepare annual filings, and support board and committee activities. Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, amendments, and related documentation. Assist with compliance initiatives, regulatory filings, legal research, and corporate policy administration. Support attorneys with due diligence, transactional matters, document management, and cross-functional legal projects. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. Strong knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and commercial contract administration. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms, and legal technology systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.WHO WE ARE:
