Neu Tool & Supply is looking for a curious, hands-on person to join our service department as a Tool Technician. No repair experience? No problem. If you enjoy working with your hands, fixing things, or figuring out how mechanical equipment works, we'll teach you the rest.
You'll receive hands-on training while learning to diagnose and repair power tools, pneumatic tools, hydraulic equipment, and more. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, learn to read schematics and technical manuals, and develop skills you can build on throughout your career.

What You'll Be Doing
- Learn to diagnose and repair a variety of tools and equipment
- Work alongside experienced technicians
- Read schematics and technical manuals
- Maintain service and repair records
- Communicate with customers about repairs
- Identify and order parts
- Support the service team as needed
What We're Looking For
- Interest in mechanical and electrical equipment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Have, But Not Required: Technical or trade school coursework, tool or repair experience, or experience using multimeters and diagnostic equipment.
