Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans that guide them on their mental wellness journey.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, fostering healing in clients by providing empathetic and focused support.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accuracy and compliance that reflect our commitment to ethical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in California.
