Impregnable Will Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is primarily remote, allowing you to provide much-needed mental health services to clients from the comfort of your own home while being part of a progressive community health clinic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations that facilitate an in-depth understanding of clients' mental health concerns.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client, promoting growth and recovery.

• Provide both individual and couples therapy, utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, depending on client needs.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment goals collaboratively as necessary.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions, allowing for professional development and peer support.
\n
• Offer teletherapy sessions, ensuring that services remain accessible for clients who may face obstacles in attending in-person appointments.

As an LMFT at our center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. We focus our services on individuals and families facing various challenges, from everyday stressors to more complex mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; however, a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities is advantageous and will enhance your effectiveness.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
