Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a diverse range of mental health challenges. These individuals may seek assistance with anxiety, mild depression, life transitions, or relationship issues. Your role will involve helping them enhance their quality of life through supportive counseling and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
\n
• A valid, fully independent license to practice in Washington State as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• No provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions listed on your record.
\n
• Demonstrable interpersonal skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to foster trusting relationships with clients.
\n
• Strong digital literacy to effectively navigate our telehealth platform as well as familiarity with online communication tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training to all new team members.

• Previous experience working with adult populations focused on skills development and emotional regulation.
\n
• Familiarity with solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapy modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, based on experience and hours worked.
\n
• Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.

• Weekly direct deposit for timely payment.

• Minimal administrative work, allowing you to focus primarily on client care.
