Staff Accountant

Base pay range $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr Our client is seeking an entry-level staff accountant to support daily accounting operations. This role offers a foundational start in the accounting field, with the opportunity to grow into full-service general ledger responsibilities over time. Candidates can be recent accounting graduates or staff auditors in public accounting looking to move away from external audit. Responsibilities: Prepare weekly cash flow, billing, and aging reports Manage billing and collections for multiple clients Reconcile daily bank transactions with the general ledger Support clients and team members in following payment policies Generate financial reports for management Monitor billing, receivables, and collection schedules Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field CPA-eligible and working toward CPA licensure Strong team player with clear written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation - must be okay with 5 days in office Full medical, dental, and insurance benefits Positive, growth-oriented work environment Please apply directly or send an email to View email address on click.appcast.io for confidential consideration.
