Business Development Representative

Technology forward fulfillment solution, helping small to medium sized businesses streamline their e-commerce presence. The Opportunity: Client prospecting and prospect list management Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities & cold outreach Analyze market reports to determine where to seek out new business Establish contact with new business opportunities via various means (e.g. phone, email, etc) Understand our business offerings and deliver “napkin pitches” and other sales pitches to entice new clients and create “warm hand-offs” to Market and Industry Leads leading to new deals Maintain positive growth in your market area Coordinate with other key stakeholders (e.g. Marketing) to deliver on above responsibilities Prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively and efficiently. Schedule qualified appointments for the outbound sales team. Achieve or exceed sales metrics and revenue targets for your position Manage and update a Customer Relations Management (CRM) database. Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as defined by management Provide administrative support as needed Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by management What you bring: Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to establish personal credibility and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders Familiarity with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus; experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools – Hubspot – preferred Cold Calling experience is a plus Background in Logistics or eCommerce space Ability to operate in a deadline driven environment and adapt to changes in procedures, policies and practices Ability to work well in an open team environment and with local and remote colleagues Wellness Benefits Cultural initiatives and perks (e.g The DOJO - our cultural program, Lioness - our women’s equity initiative, Diversity and Inclusion, Pride in Education, and community volunteer opportunities) Opportunities for growth and development A supportive workplace which promotes diversity of thought, new ideas, and team success The ability to impact livelihoods every day!
