She researches leads, writes and sends emails in a customer's voice, runs multi-step outbound sequences, self-optimizes over time, and handles objections and meeting booking. She's not a tool someone uses. She's a teammate.You'll be the first Business Development Representative on the Artisan team! This is a foundational GTM hire. You'll own outbound pipeline generation, working alongside Ava, our AI BDR. She handles the lists, the outreach, the records, and the scheduling.
