Registered Nurse - Nursing

Schedule: Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
• At least two years of recent experience in the field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure patient care is provided in a safe and caring environment.
• Evaluate progress toward attaining patient outcomes and participate in discharge planning.
• Provide learning opportunities for patients and family members.
• Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of healthcare team members.
