Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices across various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, guiding clients through their challenges and developing coping strategies for emotional resilience.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with both legal and ethical standards while utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training to stay informed on the latest mental health research and therapies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic primarily serves individuals and families with limited access to mental health services, including those struggling with various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related area.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
