Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain a trusting and therapeutic relationship with clients to facilitate effective counseling outcomes.

• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans based on unique client histories, presenting issues, and desired goals.
\n
• Provide regular psychotherapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to both individual and family dynamics.

• Establish ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies that may include referrals to specialists for additional support.

• Stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment, utilizing tools and methodologies to improve patient engagement and outcomes.

• Implement evidence-based practices particularly suited for addressing substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients including individuals, couples, and families, each facing various life challenges, mental health disorders, or relational dynamics. Your expertise will help clients to process complex emotions, improve relational communication, and develop coping strategies. Qualifications\n

• Valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in accordance with state regulations.
\n
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related human services field.

• Proven expertise in mental health therapy with a strong focus on evidence-based practices and methodologies.
\n
• Excellent therapeutic skills along with the ability to inspire and motivate clients towards their treatment goals.
\n
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, preferably dealing with family systems and group therapy.

• Specialized training in addiction counseling, trauma-informed therapy, or family dynamics is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices, including digital tools and platforms for remote therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
