This position will be fully remote, allowing you to work from Paradise Valley, Nevada, or anywhere within the state. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate meaningful conversations and therapeutic outcomes.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific needs, goals, and cultural background.

• Document client progress and interactions accurately and timely in compliance with clinical standards and organizational guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with medical providers, case managers, and other behavioral health professionals to provide comprehensive, integrated care.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing education efforts to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with clients facing substance use challenges, mental health issues, and co-occurring disorders. This population may include individuals from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, requiring a thoughtful and tailored approach to treatment that considers their unique circumstances and experiences. Qualifications\n

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada or associate-level, license-eligible candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n
