Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the needs of clients and their families.

• Providing individual therapy for both couples and family members, while also conducting group sessions when necessary.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to treat a variety of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse
\n
• Psychological and physical abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and communication difficulties
\n
• Job stress and medical issues
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce
\n
• Managing dynamics within blended families
\n
\n
• Creating treatment plans that align with the desired goals of your clients and their families, while regularly assessing progress and modifying approaches as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with state regulations and organizational protocols.
\n
• Collaborating with other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, providing recommendations for additional resources or services as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse array of clients, from individuals navigating personal challenges to families experiencing stress and conflict. You will play a vital role in their mental health journey, ensuring they receive tailored support during difficult times. Your expertise will cater to both adults and adolescents, helping them to overcome the barriers they face and promoting healthy relationships within their families.

Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California with an active state license.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience providing therapeutic services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within telehealth settings is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our therapists enjoy:
