We are seeking a Quality Inspection Supervisor to lead a team of Quality Inspectors and First Article Inspection (FAI) Technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and developing high-performing teams. \n Job Duties\n
\n- \n
- Lead and support Quality Inspectors and FAI Technicians in daily inspection activities \n
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements \n
- Perform inspections using measurement tools and visual inspection techniques \n
- Manage nonconforming material, including NCR creation and corrective action support \n
- Conduct and support internal, customer, and quality system audits \n

\n\n $90,000–$120,000 per year\n

\n Requirements\n
\n- \n
- 3–5 years of experience in a Quality Inspection role \n
- 1+ years of leadership or team lead experience \n
- Aerospace or plastics manufacturing experience required \n
- Strong GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) experience \n
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations \n
