\n Quality Inspection Supervisor Job Responsibilities: \n
\n- \n
- Lead, train, and support a team of Quality Inspectors \n
- Schedule daily inspection work to keep production on track \n
- Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement \n
- Review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) \n
- Manage nonconforming materials and quality documentation \n
- Approve purchase orders and support new product launches \n
- Conduct internal quality and safety audits \n
- Hire, coach, and develop employees \n
- Work closely with production, engineering, and other teams to solve quality issues \n
\n Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm\n

\n Pay: $101,817-$138,945 annual salary\n
\n\n
\n
\n Quality Inspection Supervisor Job Requirements: \n
\n- \n
- 2+ years of quality inspection experience in aerospace or another regulated manufacturing environment \n
- 1+ year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience \n
- Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret specifications \n
- Knowledge of quality systems, process improvement, and manufacturing best practices \n
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills \n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field \n
- Experience with AS9100, AS9102, FAIRs, CMMs, Keyence systems, or similar inspection equipment is preferred \n
