Payroll Admin (Part-time)

Position Overview:

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a dedicated Payroll Admin to join their team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for payroll processes. The position will be based in Scottsdale, AZ, and offers the flexibility of remote work after the completion of training.

Responsibilities:

• Managing employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handling PTO accruals and managing garnishments.
• Performing light payroll processing with precision.
• Utilizing UKG software for payroll tasks

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Payroll support experience within a large company environment
• Must be available to work 20-25 hours per week.
• Ability to work onsite during training, with remote work options available afterward.
• Prior experience in UKG highly preferred.

Work Hours:

The position requires work during the 1st shift.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location:

This part-time position is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with remote work flexibility after the training period.
