This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote telehealth setting, tailored to accommodate your lifestyle while prioritizing your connection with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health needs and collaboratively develop customized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to foster progress and healing.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Empower clients by providing education and resources related to coping strategies, resilience-building, and overall mental health maintenance.

• Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional training and continuing education courses to stay current with best practices and enhance therapeutic skills, including advanced certifications and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
