Revenue Manager

Revenue Manager – SH Revenue Team Join the SH Revenue team, a key driver behind our brand’s success, and help shape revenue strategy across multiple properties, including Baccarat Hotel New York and 1 Hotel Central Park. Responsibilities Support ADORM with revenue strategy, distribution, and pricing for multiple properties. Develop and execute distribution initiatives to boost hotel room revenues from channels such as Direct Web, voice, GDS, and third‑party online travel agents. Coordinate with third‑party internet marketing vendors, CRS providers, and other intermediaries to maximize hotel revenues. Identify and deploy Revenue Management and Distribution tools and technology for SH‑managed hotels. Analyze demand trends and market conditions, translating insights into revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue. Present strategy recommendations to General Managers and the Director of Sales & Marketing, then implement and monitor those strategies. Maintain oversight of the Reservations Departments (property‑based or call‑center) and collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing, Catering, Finance, and Front Office departments. Qualifications A post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus. Excellent knowledge of distribution strategies associated with PMS, CRS, and GDS (HMS and Sabre). Proficiency with various central reservation systems, third‑party extranets, and chain CRS. Hotel Revenue Management experience related to pricing, budgets, pace, and performance, including channel‑mix management to achieve the highest RevPAR. High level of analytical skill and Excel, Visual Basic, Access, or related tools competence. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexible and willing to meet the demands of busy operations. Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills are required.
