Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments of clients’ mental health needs, formulating clinical diagnoses and developing effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's situation.

• Provide therapy to clients through individual, group, and family sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques.

• Manage crisis intervention effectively, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that include treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in full compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care is provided to clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, acting as a staunch advocate for their rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and therapeutic skills.

• A minimum of two years of related experience in a mental health setting is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
