Business Analyst

Associate Business Analyst Job Location: US-NY-Schenectady Role Summary This Associate Business Analyst will provide regional support for sales analytics and administrative functions, working closely with Customer Development Managers, Business Development Managers, Department Managers, and other support personnel to achieve mutual objectives. Assist in creating dynamic sales presentations. Work directly with customers to achieve client objectives in a professional manner. Perform invoice processing, including PNET invoice matching and PO requisitions. Set up new vendors and manage vendor processing activities. Research, proactively follow up, and problem‑solve account management issues. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent experience. Understanding of company Gen Web reporting system preferred. Analytical skills with an ability to identify trends in data. Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web browsers. Analytical, mathematical, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented. Good written and verbal communication skills.
