Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Work Schedule: Day 1 Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise technology initiatives by gathering business requirements, documenting functional specifications, designing business processes, supporting software testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business analysis, requirements management, user interface design, and quality assurance within large-scale enterprise environments.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Conduct requirements elicitation sessions, interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
• Develop comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), use cases, workflows, and process models.
• Create user interface mock-ups, screen designs, and report prototypes to support solution development.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
• Work closely with development, quality assurance, and project management teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
• Execute functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), validate results, and document defects.
• Track, monitor, and manage testing defects through resolution.
• Produce technical documentation and maintain project artifacts.
• Support project meetings, requirements reviews, and solution validation activities.

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience eliciting and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders or existing system documentation.
• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience developing:
  • Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
  • Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)
  • User Requirements

  • Screen Mock-ups
  • Report Mock-ups
  • Technical Documentation
• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience:
  • Developing and maintaining test plans
  • Creating detailed test cases
  • Executing functional testing
  • Validating test results
  • Logging and tracking software defects
• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience using Quality Center for test management and defect tracking.
• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience designing user interfaces using Balsamiq or equivalent wireframing tools.
