Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that evaluate clients' personal histories, presenting concerns, and risk factors to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Design and implement tailored therapeutic strategies in collaboration with clients to address mental health challenges, promote emotional wellness, and support their integration into community and clinical settings.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused interventions to effectively treat a range of mental health issues.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions where clients can develop personal growth strategies, enhance emotional regulation, and learn effective coping mechanisms.

• Engage in crisis intervention and stabilization for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, using de-escalation techniques and connecting clients with higher levels of care when necessary.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them to understand mental health conditions, available treatment resources, and community support options.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review cases, share insights, and enhance collaborative treatment planning and professional development.

• Stay informed on current laws, regulations, and best practices related to mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily include individuals from various backgrounds experiencing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Texas is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
