Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources essential for recovery and growth.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy tailored to student needs.

• Collaborate closely with educators, school psychologists, and other mental health professionals in developing and implementing cohesive, student-centered treatment plans.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and supportive group meetings to foster community and shared learning among participants.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning to manage acute situations with students effectively, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to ethical standards and agency policies.

• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss case evaluations, share insights, and refine treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on students within the school system who are facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
