Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement actionable and individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning when necessary to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that promote community engagement and mutual support among clients.

Qualifications\n
